Our Process

Initial Contact

Hello! So glad you've found us and are interested in learning more about how we cant help you and your project! I will send over a questionnaire to get to know your project a little bit before our consultation call.

Consultation Call

During the consultation call we will go over your vision for the project, what you hope your space will accomplish for you, budget, and design timeline.

Pricing Quote and Proposal

I will send to you a customized proposal and pricing quote, along with a rough idea mood board. The mood board will consist of general ideas for the space based upon what we've discussed, not the final material selections. If all looks good, we will both sign the contract and I'll officially get to work creating a space that you'll love!

Design Delivery

A detailed materials list and source board will be delivered to you! This is the time to make edits to the design so we get the details just right!

Implement

Depending on which design package you've chosen, now is implementation time! If you have the E-Design package, you've got everything you need to complete the design at your own pace! The Full design package includes Meadowed Interiors manage the implementation of the design by the hired sub contractors!
